How To Do It

  1. 1Start in a standard push-up position.
  2. 2Lower yourself to the bottom of the push-up.
  3. 3Explode upward so your hands leave the ground.
  4. 4Clap if you can, or just lift the hands.
  5. 5Land softly and immediately go into the next rep.
