Why This Matters for Boxing
Low-to-high chopping motion — builds pulling rotational power for uppercuts and hooks that travel on an upward arc. The reverse direction targets different oblique fibers than the standard woodchopper.
How To Do It
- 1Set the cable to the lowest position.
- 2Stand sideways to the machine.
- 3Pull the cable from low to high in a diagonal chopping motion.
- 4Rotate from your hips and core.
- 5Control the return.
