Farmers Walk

Heavy Dumbbells or Kettlebells
🥊

Why This Matters for Boxing

Builds grip and structural endurance. Your grip is what holds your gloves on tight, your core keeps you upright, and your legs carry you — farmers walks train all three simultaneously. This is the most underrated boxing exercise.

How To Do It

  1. 1Pick up heavy dumbbells or kettlebells in each hand.
  2. 2Stand tall with shoulders back.
  3. 3Walk forward at a controlled pace for 40 meters.
  4. 4Don't let the weights touch your legs.
  5. 5Keep your core braced and walk tall.
