Builds grip and structural endurance. Your grip is what holds your gloves on tight, your core keeps you upright, and your legs carry you — farmers walks train all three simultaneously. This is the most underrated boxing exercise.
How To Do It
- 1Pick up heavy dumbbells or kettlebells in each hand.
- 2Stand tall with shoulders back.
- 3Walk forward at a controlled pace for 40 meters.
- 4Don't let the weights touch your legs.
- 5Keep your core braced and walk tall.
