How To Do It

  1. 1Stand at the heavy bag in fighting stance.
  2. 2Throw jab-cross-hook (1-2-3).
  3. 3Roll under an imaginary counter hook.
  4. 4Rise and immediately throw hook-cross (3-2).
  5. 5Repeat the loop continuously for 2 minutes.
