How To Do It
- 1Stand at the heavy bag in fighting stance.
- 2Throw jab-cross-hook (1-2-3).
- 3Roll under an imaginary counter hook.
- 4Rise and immediately throw hook-cross (3-2).
- 5Repeat the loop continuously for 2 minutes.
