How To Do It
- 1Stand in front of the heavy bag.
- 2Throw one single punch at absolute maximum power.
- 3Reset fully: guard up, feet planted.
- 4Pause. Breathe. Then throw the next punch.
- 5Alternate between crosses, hooks, and uppercuts.
