How To Do It

  1. 1Stand in front of the heavy bag.
  2. 2Throw one single punch at absolute maximum power.
  3. 3Reset fully: guard up, feet planted.
  4. 4Pause. Breathe. Then throw the next punch.
  5. 5Alternate between crosses, hooks, and uppercuts.
