Why This Matters for Boxing
Continuous 1-2, head movement, 2-3 flow on the heavy bag. This is fight simulation — attacking, defending the counter, and attacking again. The most complete heavy bag drill.
How To Do It
- 1Stand at the heavy bag in fighting stance.
- 2Throw 1-2 (jab-cross).
- 3Slip or bob after your combo.
- 4Fire 2-3 (cross-hook) counter.
- 5Repeat the loop continuously for 2 minutes.
