Why This Matters for Boxing

Continuous 1-2, head movement, 2-3 flow on the heavy bag. This is fight simulation — attacking, defending the counter, and attacking again. The most complete heavy bag drill.

How To Do It

  1. 1Stand at the heavy bag in fighting stance.
  2. 2Throw 1-2 (jab-cross).
  3. 3Slip or bob after your combo.
  4. 4Fire 2-3 (cross-hook) counter.
  5. 5Repeat the loop continuously for 2 minutes.
