Shadowbox Angles
Why This Matters for Boxing
Pivot after every combination — training the discipline of always changing angles. In a fight, the fighter who pivots controls the ring; the fighter who stands still gets hit.
How To Do It
- 1Shadow box with any combinations.
- 2After every combo, pivot to a new angle.
- 3Never throw two combos from the same spot.
- 4Vary your pivots: 45°, 90°, full 180°.
- 5Focus on balance during and after each pivot.

Pro Tips
- The pivot should feel natural — not forced.
- Think of it as: punch → move → punch from new angle.
- This is the most important shadow boxing variation.
