Why This Matters for Boxing
Non-stop punching and rolling with no pauses — the cardio test for pressure fighters. If you can maintain technique during a 60-second burnout, you can maintain it in a fight.
How To Do It
- 1Stand in your fighting stance.
- 2Throw continuous combinations without stopping.
- 3Add rolls, slips, and bobs between combos.
- 4Don't stop moving for the full 60 seconds.
- 5Push through the burn — this is where conditioning is built.
