Non-stop punching and rolling with no pauses — the cardio test for pressure fighters. If you can maintain technique during a 60-second burnout, you can maintain it in a fight.

How To Do It

  1. 1Stand in your fighting stance.
  2. 2Throw continuous combinations without stopping.
  3. 3Add rolls, slips, and bobs between combos.
  4. 4Don't stop moving for the full 60 seconds.
  5. 5Push through the burn — this is where conditioning is built.
