Shadowbox (Movement Focus)
Why This Matters for Boxing
Pure step-drag movement in all directions. This isolates footwork so you can focus on smooth, balanced movement without the distraction of combinations. Every step should be silent — if you can hear your feet, you're stomping.
How To Do It
- 1Stand in your fighting stance.
- 2Move in all four directions using step-drag.
- 3Throw single punches (jabs only) while moving.
- 4Focus on silence — your feet should glide.
- 5Change direction every few steps.

Pro Tips
- Silent feet = good footwork. Loud feet = bad footwork.
- Keep your hands at your chin even when focusing on feet.
- Imagine you're on a boxing ring — use the whole space.
