Why This Matters for Boxing

Pure step-drag movement in all directions. This isolates footwork so you can focus on smooth, balanced movement without the distraction of combinations. Every step should be silent — if you can hear your feet, you're stomping.

How To Do It

  1. 1Stand in your fighting stance.
  2. 2Move in all four directions using step-drag.
  3. 3Throw single punches (jabs only) while moving.
  4. 4Focus on silence — your feet should glide.
  5. 5Change direction every few steps.

Pro Tips

  • Silent feet = good footwork. Loud feet = bad footwork.
  • Keep your hands at your chin even when focusing on feet.
  • Imagine you're on a boxing ring — use the whole space.
