Shadowbox: 1-2 Slip 2-3
Why This Matters for Boxing
Offense-to-defense-to-offense transitions. Throw 1-2, slip outside an imaginary counter, then counter 2-3. This builds the complete fight IQ loop of attacking, defending, and counter-attacking.
How To Do It
- 1Stand in fighting stance.
- 2Throw a jab-cross (1-2).
- 3Slip outside an imaginary counter jab.
- 4Fire a cross-hook (2-3) counter.
- 5Reset and repeat.
