None
🥊

Why This Matters for Boxing

Offense-to-defense-to-offense transitions. Throw 1-2, slip outside an imaginary counter, then counter 2-3. This builds the complete fight IQ loop of attacking, defending, and counter-attacking.

How To Do It

  1. 1Stand in fighting stance.
  2. 2Throw a jab-cross (1-2).
  3. 3Slip outside an imaginary counter jab.
  4. 4Fire a cross-hook (2-3) counter.
  5. 5Reset and repeat.
