Why This Matters for Boxing
Visualize incoming jabs, parry, and fire counters. Builds the defensive trigger: see punch → parry → counter. This neural pathway needs repetition to become automatic under fight pressure.
How To Do It
- 1Stand in your fighting stance.
- 2Visualize an opponent throwing a jab.
- 3Parry it with your rear hand (tap it aside).
- 4Immediately fire a counter cross.
- 5Reset and repeat with different counters.
