The signature Mayweather counter: roll the shoulder to deflect, then explode forward with the rear cross. This builds the timing and muscle memory to turn defense into instant offense.

How To Do It

  1. 1Stand in the Philly Shell position.
  2. 2Roll your lead shoulder back to deflect an imaginary jab.
  3. 3Immediately explode forward with a rear cross.
  4. 4Return to the Philly Shell position.
  5. 5Repeat 25 times.
