Why This Matters for Boxing
The signature Mayweather counter: roll the shoulder to deflect, then explode forward with the rear cross. This builds the timing and muscle memory to turn defense into instant offense.
How To Do It
- 1Stand in the Philly Shell position.
- 2Roll your lead shoulder back to deflect an imaginary jab.
- 3Immediately explode forward with a rear cross.
- 4Return to the Philly Shell position.
- 5Repeat 25 times.

Pro Tips
- The roll and counter should be ONE motion, not two.
- The cross should come from the recoil of the roll.
