Band Neck Resistance (4 Directions)

Full-spectrum neck conditioning. Punches come from all angles — your neck needs to be strong in all directions. Band resistance provides smooth, consistent tension that's safer than weights.
How To Do It
- 1Loop a resistance band around your head.
- 2Anchor the other end at head height.
- 3Push against the band: forward, backward, left, right.
- 4Hold for a beat at full extension.
- 5Return slowly to center.
