None (use hand or towel)
🥊

Why This Matters for Boxing

Neck stability for head movement and punch absorption. A strong neck keeps your head stable when you slip and reduces the risk of concussion when you get hit. This is the single most important exercise for fighter safety.

How To Do It

  1. 1Stand or sit upright.
  2. 2Press your palm against your forehead and resist with your neck (front).
  3. 3Hold for 15 seconds.
  4. 4Repeat pressing against the back, left side, and right side.
  5. 5Use moderate pressure — this is NOT a max effort.
