Direct neck strengthening for punch absorption. A strong neck is the single best defense against knockouts — it keeps your head stable when you get hit and reduces brain acceleration. Every boxer should train neck.

How To Do It

  1. 1Attach a weight plate to the neck harness.
  2. 2Sit or stand with the harness on your head.
  3. 3Slowly flex your neck forward (chin to chest).
  4. 4Then extend back (look up).
  5. 5Control every rep — slow and steady.
