Neck Harness Flexion/Extension
Why This Matters for Boxing
Direct neck strengthening for punch absorption. A strong neck is the single best defense against knockouts — it keeps your head stable when you get hit and reduces brain acceleration. Every boxer should train neck.
How To Do It
- 1Attach a weight plate to the neck harness.
- 2Sit or stand with the harness on your head.
- 3Slowly flex your neck forward (chin to chest).
- 4Then extend back (look up).
- 5Control every rep — slow and steady.
