Why This Matters for Boxing
Safe isometric neck strengthening. By pressing against a wall through a towel, you build neck strength without any dynamic movement — the safest way to strengthen the neck for boxing.
How To Do It
- 1Place a folded towel against a wall at head height.
- 2Press your forehead against the towel.
- 3Push with moderate pressure and hold for 20 seconds.
- 4Repeat facing away (back of head), left side, and right side.
- 5Keep your neck in a neutral position throughout.
