Why This Matters for Boxing

Safe isometric neck strengthening. By pressing against a wall through a towel, you build neck strength without any dynamic movement — the safest way to strengthen the neck for boxing.

How To Do It

  1. 1Place a folded towel against a wall at head height.
  2. 2Press your forehead against the towel.
  3. 3Push with moderate pressure and hold for 20 seconds.
  4. 4Repeat facing away (back of head), left side, and right side.
  5. 5Keep your neck in a neutral position throughout.

Pro Tips
