Explosive upward leg drive — the same muscle firing that powers uppercuts, the Gazelle Punch, and any punch thrown while closing distance. If you can't jump, you can't generate upward force. It's that simple.

How To Do It

  1. 1Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2Lower into a squat (thighs parallel to floor).
  3. 3Explode upward, jumping as high as possible.
  4. 4Land softly on the balls of your feet.
  5. 5Immediately descend into the next squat.
