Why This Matters for Boxing

Trains the 1-2 combination against resistance. The band forces your shoulders to work harder on both the jab extension and the cross rotation, building combination-specific endurance.

How To Do It

  1. 1Loop a band around your back, holding one end in each hand.
  2. 2Get in your fighting stance.
  3. 3Throw a jab, immediately followed by a cross.
  4. 4Retract both punches fully.
  5. 5Repeat the combo 20 times.
