Resistance Band Jab-Cross
Why This Matters for Boxing
Trains the 1-2 combination against resistance. The band forces your shoulders to work harder on both the jab extension and the cross rotation, building combination-specific endurance.
How To Do It
- 1Loop a band around your back, holding one end in each hand.
- 2Get in your fighting stance.
- 3Throw a jab, immediately followed by a cross.
- 4Retract both punches fully.
- 5Repeat the combo 20 times.
