Bodyweight Squats (High Rep)
Why This Matters for Boxing
Quad endurance for continuous bobbing. Bob-and-weave is essentially squatting in motion for the entire round. If your quads give out, you stop bobbing and become a standing target. 50-rep sets build the endurance to keep moving.
How To Do It
- 1Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
- 2Squat down until thighs are parallel to the floor.
- 3Stand back up explosively.
- 4Repeat for 50 reps without stopping.
- 5Maintain good form even as fatigue sets in.

Pro Tips
- If 50 is too many, start at 30 and add 5 per session.
- Don't half-rep — go to parallel every time.
- Think of each squat as a bob under a hook.
