Why This Matters for Boxing

Quad endurance for continuous bobbing. Bob-and-weave is essentially squatting in motion for the entire round. If your quads give out, you stop bobbing and become a standing target. 50-rep sets build the endurance to keep moving.

How To Do It

  1. 1Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2Squat down until thighs are parallel to the floor.
  3. 3Stand back up explosively.
  4. 4Repeat for 50 reps without stopping.
  5. 5Maintain good form even as fatigue sets in.
