Core bracing under extreme load. When you throw a rear uppercut, your core must brace to transfer all that leg drive into the punch. The ab wheel rollout trains this exact bracing pattern at full extension — the hardest position to maintain.

How To Do It

  1. 1Kneel on the floor holding an ab wheel.
  2. 2Roll the wheel forward, extending your body as far as you can.
  3. 3Keep your core tight — don't let your lower back sag.
  4. 4Pull the wheel back to starting position using your abs.
  5. 5Start with partial rollouts and progress to full extension.
