Goblet Squat to Dumbbell Rip
Why This Matters for Boxing
Squat down and throw oblique body hooks — combining the level change with the rotational power needed for body rips. This trains the complete body-body-head sequence.
How To Do It
- 1Hold a dumbbell at chest height.
- 2Squat down.
- 3At the bottom, throw a light rotational hook motion.
- 4Stand up and repeat.
- 5Alternate hook direction each rep.
