None
🥊

Why This Matters for Boxing

Mimics the slip crunch motion. When you slip a punch, your oblique crunches laterally to move your head offline. This exercise trains that exact movement pattern so your slips become second nature.

How To Do It

  1. 1Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2Place one hand behind your head.
  3. 3Crunch your torso sideways, bringing your elbow toward your hip.
  4. 4Focus on squeezing your oblique at the bottom.
  5. 5Return to upright and repeat.
