Footwork Drills: Balance, Agility, and Ring Movement
Footwork is the foundation of boxing. Without it, your punches lose power, your defense has holes, and you can't control distance. This workout builds the calf endurance, hip mobility, and coordination for smooth, balanced movement in the ring.
Key Principle
Good footwork is silent. If you can hear your feet, you're stomping. Train to glide — stay on the balls of your feet, maintain stance width, and never cross your feet.
